Customer Service Representative

OVERVIEW * Effectively probe and provide basic customer education in response to customer inquiries regarding project, product, service offerings, and general information by utilizing a variety of information resources.
* Administer software quote tools including MBS projects to process 3D quotes submitted through the 3D design tool and reading bolt patterns to support sales for punch pattern requests and MIRA to support the digital roofing initiative.
* Perform accurate and timely documentation and recordkeeping duties.
Document e-quote data and building combinations data for sales support monthly reports.
* Conduct market pricing calls when requested by Branch Managers and Branch Manager Trainees.
* Follow established MIRA guidelines.
