Responsibilities:
1.
Respond to customer inquiries regarding projects, products, and services, providing basic education and support.
2.
Utilize software tools like MBS projects and MIRA to process quotes and support sales initiatives.
3.
Maintain accurate documentation and recordkeeping, including e-quote and building combinations data.
4.
Conduct market pricing calls as requested by Branch Managers.
5.
Adhere to established MIRA guidelines for efficient workflow.
6.
Perform administrative tasks efficiently and accurately.
Requirements:
* High school diploma or GED required.
* Preferably 3 years of administrative support experience.
* Strong customer service skills with attention to detail.
* Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ability to learn and use software programs.
* Efficient and accurate processing of administrative transactions
