Gas Directional Drill Locator

Responsibilities: - Perform locating activities for underground utilities, including oil and gas pipelines, using various tools and equipment.
- Use electronic locating devices to accurately identify the location of underground utilities.
- Mark the location of underground utilities using paint, flags, or other designated markers.
- Communicate with project managers and other team members to ensure accurate and timely completion of locating tasks.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Maintain accurate records of locating activities and submit reports as required.
Qualifications: - Previous experience in utility locating or related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of oil and gas pipeline systems is a plus.
- Familiarity with Caterpillar equipment and other heavy machinery is beneficial.
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) is required for operating company vehicles.
- Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting and minor repairs is desirable.
- Experience operating tanker trucks or water trucks is a plus.
- Ability to dig trenches or perform excavation work when necessary.
- Knowledge of horizontal drilling techniques is beneficial.
- Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety procedures is required.
