Opportunity
Kohler in Brownwood is currently looking for dynamic, dedicated manufacturing associates from faucets assemblers to machine operators to warehouse positions.
This position is responsible for:
Packing and recording production units.
Reading and following specific packing instructions for a variety of materials.
Position requires repetitive, heavy lifting.

Skills/Requirements
Qualifications Include:
Must have working knowledge of a desktop computer.
Must be able to repeatedly lift heavy objects.
Must be able to differentiate between shades of color.
Position requires exposure to chemicals and dust.
18+ years old
Ability to communicate effectively for manufacturing production processes
Physical ability to perform the essential duties of the position with or without a reasonable accommodation
Ability to follow all safety policies and procedures
Reliable attendance and work performance
Successful completion of a drug screen and background check
