Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team.
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing roofing installations from start to finish.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects success with completion on time with highest quality standards.
Duties:
- Lead and manage roofing projects throughout the entire project lifecycle
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and sales consultants to ensure project requirements are met.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful installation completion.
- Conducting regular site vists to inspect workmanship and ensure quality standards are met.
- Manage project documentation and ensure all necessary permits and approvals are obtained.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project team members, project updated and addressing any issues that may arise.
- Conduct regular project meetings prior to installation and when necessary to ensure safety of jobsite and clear communication of roof installation expectations.
- Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and best practices
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using a team building environment.
Skills:
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire

- Reliable transportation to get from various jobsites and gathering of supplies when needed.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $15.
00 per hour
