We are seeking an experienced flooring installer.
We install Lvt, Carpet, and other floorings.
We are looking for candidates that are fast learners, work well with others, and have good customer service skills.
Pay will be discussed in the in-person interview.
The pay grade is determined by how much experience you have coming into this job.
The more experience the higher the starting pay will be.

Must have a clean background record and MUST HAVE a clean Driver's license.
Our technicians have jobs on the Abilene Air Force Base freuqently, so hirees must be able to pass a military background check.
*Duties*
- Install various types of flooring materials, including carpet, hardwood, laminate, and tile
- Measure and cut flooring materials to fit the designated area
- Prepare subfloors by removing old flooring, leveling surfaces, and repairing any damage
- Install underlayment and moisture barriers as needed
- Use power tools and hand tools to secure flooring materials in place
- Ensure proper alignment and spacing of flooring materials
- Trim and finish edges of flooring materials for a clean and professional look
- Clean up work area and remove any debris after installation
*Qualifications*
- Previous experience as a flooring installer or similar role is preferred
- Familiarity with power tools and their safe operation
- Ability to accurately measure and cut flooring materials
- Proficiency in fixture installation, caulking, and trim carpentry
- Experience in water damage restoration is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
