Maintenance Technician

We are professional and fast-paced enviornment seeking to hire first-shift, full-time Manufacturing Technician.

*Responsibilities:* * Set up and operate manufacturing equipment according to standard operating procedures * Monitor production processes and make adjustments as needed to ensure quality and efficiency * Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance * Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and perform repairs as necessary * Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area * Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines * Follow lockout tagout procedures *Requirements:* * High school diploma or equivalent * Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred * Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills * Ability to read and interpret technical documents and diagrams * Basic computer skills for data entry and equipment operation * Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately * Physical stamina to stand, walk, lift, and carry heavy objects for extended periods of time *Note: *This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
