Plumber Helpers and Apprentices
We are seeking motivated and dedicated individuals to join our team as Plumber Helpers and Apprentices.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to learn and develop essential plumbing skills under the guidance of experienced professionals.
Your primary responsibilities will include assisting in various plumbing tasks, ensuring job sites are organized and well-maintained, and actively participating in training sessions to enhance your technical knowledge.

\*\*Assistance\*\*: Support licensed plumbers in a wide range of plumbing tasks, such as installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings.

\*\*Tool and Material Management\*\*: Help organize and transport tools, equipment, and materials to job sites.
Maintain a clean and orderly work environment.
3.
\*\*Learning and Training\*\*: Engage in on-the-job training, workshops, and courses to build a strong foundation in plumbing techniques, codes, safety practices, and industry regulations.
4.
\*\*Installation and Maintenance\*\*: Assist in the installation, repair, and maintenance of pipes, fixtures, fittings, and plumbing systems.
Learn to diagnose issues and contribute to effective solutions.
5.
\*\*Documentation\*\*: Assist with record-keeping, including work orders, time logs, and inventory management.
6.
\*\*Safety Compliance\*\*: Adhere to safety protocols, ensuring personal safety and the safety of fellow team members and occupants of job sites.
7.
\*\*Customer Interaction\*\*: Develop effective communication skills when interacting with clients, ensuring professionalism and customer satisfaction.

\*\*Adaptability\*\*: Be open to learning new techniques, staying updated with advancements in plumbing technology, and adapting to different job requirements.
\*\*Qualifications:\*\*
- High school diploma or equivalent (for apprenticeship positions).
- No prior experience required for helper positions; apprenticeship candidates may have some basic plumbing knowledge.
- Strong willingness to learn and commitment to the apprenticeship program.
- Physical stamina and dexterity to perform manual tasks and work in various conditions.
- Basic understanding of hand tools, power tools, and their safe usage.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions closely.
- Valid driver's license (preferred but not always required).
