*Job Purpose*
The Marketing Coordinator plays a pivotal role in driving marketing initiatives for CWS.
This position creates and distributes branding and messaging for the entire company and all lines of business.
*Duties and Responsibilities*
The Marketing Coordinator will collaborate with the operations and business development teams to craft and market engaging branding and promotional materials for CWS.
Duties include but are not limited to:
· Identify target customers and markets through research and analysis.
· Collaborate with the operations and business development teams to craft and market engaging branding and promotional materials for CWS.
· Oversee social media, web, and SEO initiatives to enhance the company's online presence and drive engagement with target markets.
· Create and distribute digital and print materials for marketing and brand promotion.
· Collect and compile customer feedback in an easily reviewed and understood format for company management and leadership.
*Qualifications*
· Preferred 3 years of experience.
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Excellent sales and customer service skills.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
· Experience working in marketing with a focus on photography and visual content.
· Proficiency in photography techniques, equipment, and editing software (e.
g.
Adobe Photoshop, Canva)
· Strong creative and aesthetic sense, with the ability to conceptualize and execute visually appealing content.
*Working Conditions*
The Marketing Coordinator works mostly in a traditional office setting.
Activities include extended periods of sitting while working at a computer and occasional fast-paced operations and events.
Travel and working in various locations may be required.
