my roommate is moving out when her lease ends at the end of february, so i’m looking for someone in their mid-20’s to move into our gorgeous 2 bed/2 full bath apartment in march! we’re in lakeview, at the corner of broadway and sheridan (ten minute walk to the red line, ten minute walk to the lake/lake path, twenty minute walk to wrigley field, and walking distance to a bunch of bars and clubs in boystown).
the apartment has in-unit laundry AND comes with a parking space! i don’t have a car so the space would be all yours.
the bedroom for rent used to be a studio apartment when the building was first built, so it’s pretty spacious and private with an en-suite bathroom.
rent is $1250/month, electric and wifi not included.
