Gym Manager

Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fitness Manager to join our team.
As a Fitness Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our fitness facility, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities: - Assist in managing all aspects of the fitness facility, including staff supervision, scheduling, and training development - Communicate effectively with clients, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their fitness goals - Maintain inventory control, stock, and purchase fitness equipment and supplies as needed - Develop and implement strategies to drive membership sales and retention - Ensure cleanliness and organization of the facility at all times - Collaborate with other departments to coordinate fitness programs and events - Utilize point-of-sale (POS) systems to process payments and sell merchandise -Able to create and operate within a budget.
Skills: - Proven experience as an Assistant Manager or similar role - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong inventory control knowledge and ability to manage stock levels effectively - Training development experience to provide ongoing education for staff members - Multilingual abilities are a plus, as we serve a diverse clientele (not required) - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others - Proficiency in using POS systems for sales transactions - Passion for fitness and a commitment to promoting a healthy lifestyle Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $14.
