```Duties```
- Oversee the day-to-day operations
- Manage tenant relations, including addressing tenant concerns and resolving conflicts
- Conduct property inspections and ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards
- Coordinate property maintenance and repairs, including obtaining bids and overseeing contractors
- Advertise and show available units to prospective tenants
- Screen and select qualified tenants, including conducting background checks and verifying income
- Prepare and execute lease agreements and renewals
- Collect rent payments and handle delinquencies in accordance with company policies
- Maintain accurate records of all property-related transactions and activities
- Implement strategies to maximize occupancy rates and rental income
- Stay up-to-date with local rental market trends and adjust rental rates as needed
```Experience```
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in property management or related field preferred
- Strong knowledge of property leasing and management principles
- Proficiency in property management software such as Yardi.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for tenant interactions and conflict management
- Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations pertaining to property management
- Strong organizational skills for managing multiple employees and tasks simultaneously
- Attention to detail for accurate record keeping and data entry
- Attention to detail to maintain quality as well as proficiency
Note: Experience in upselling, negotiation skills, and office administration is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $32,000.
