Responsibilities
Create and maintain company status reports and tracking.
Enter PLACE Operations Onboarding and ongoing consulting sessions.
Build, implement and maintain all systems for transaction coordination, internal communication, information management, central database management and marketing.
Partner with PLACE Finance and is responsible for all team financial systems, accounts payable, accounts receivable, the budget and profit and loss statement.
Oversee all contracts through closing and listing launch.
Create and maintain the team’s operations manual that documents all systems and standards.
Responsible for hiring, training and coaching members of the operations team.
Implement talent and Power of Moments campaigns.
Engage in PLACE Talent Acquisition consulting and implements talent attraction systems.
Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, weekly trainings and Partner Call.
Become an expert in PLACE Technology.

5+ years’ real estate operations experience preferred
