2019, Excellent Condition, I am meticulous about taking care of my guitars.
Keep humidipacks in every one of them and keep them sealed up in their case when not being played.
Never had one to crack on me.
Made in Nazareth, Pennsylvania, solid wood, Sitka Spruce Top, Cherry back and sides.
Factory pickup with great sound, this may be the Best Buy for a Martin made in the USA that is available.
I have it priced less than any of them on Reverb and the closest price to mine is $1400 with repaired cracks in top.
This guitars action is nice and low and plays like a dream.
Great mellow tone and has the molded case.
Will consider meeting 1/2 way or so to help out a legitimate buyer.
