RN - Case Manager

Job Description: Spectrum Healthcare Resources has a potential opportunity for a civilian RN Case Manager at Lackland Air Force Base in San Antonio, Texas.
This position offers: This contract position offers: Monday - Friday | Hours scheduled between 0730-1630 Paid Time Off and 11 Paid Holidays Excellent Compensation and Great Benefits Exciting opportunity to care for our active-duty military, veterans, and their families Job Requirements: The Case Manager RN will have the following requirements: Possess one of the following certifications: o Commission for Case Manager Certification Certified Case Manager (CCM) o Certification of Disability Management Specialists Commission: Certified Disability Management Specialist (CDMS) o Association of Rehabilitation Nurses: Certified Rehabilitation Registered Nurse (CRRN) o American Board for Occupational Health Nurses Certified Occupational Health Nurse (COHN) or Certified Occupational Health Nurse-Specialist (COHN-S).
o National Board for Certification in Continuity of Care: Advanced Certification in Continuity of Care (ACCC) o Commission on Rehabilitation Counselor Certification: Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC) o American Nurses Credentialing Center Nurse Case Manager (RN-NCM) o National Academy of Certified Care Managers: Care Manager Certified (CMC) Possess an Unrestricted RN license in the 50 states Possess a Master’s Degree in Case Manager accredited by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) BLS A minimum of 2 years as a RN with full-time experience in utilization management/utilization review or in broad-based clinical nursing and clinical case management working with adults, children, families, seniors and groups within the last 3 years.
Have completed 30 hours of continuing education in nursing within the last 3 years.
• Continuing Education: Must attend continuing education annually to ensure continued awareness and expertise in clinical advances and best practices for gender-affirming healthcare.
