POSITION SUMMARY: Deliver bottled water, salt bags; train for light service tech skills
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Deliver water, salt or other products as needed
Operate company vehicles, including forklift
Load and unload truck: ensure all material necessary for the day is on the truck, keeping track of material delivered and returned
Accurately and legibly complete all required documentation utilizing tablet and handwritten tickets
Maintain water coolers - clean and prep for delivery
Ensure and improve customer satisfaction and retention
Communicate clearly and positively with customers
Take appropriate and immediate action to resolve requests, inquiries, or concerns
Seek opportunities for additional sales
Keep customer’s property secure at all times
Maintain and repair shop equipment
Actively support a positive team environment that is conducive to the efficient and effective serving of our customers; safeguard company assets
Take precautions to avoid accidents and ensure safety
Know and follow company policies and procedures; identify need and suggest change when appropriate
Assist/train other employees as requested
Other duties as needed
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
High school diploma or equivalent
Effective communication skills
Ability to handle repetitive weight of up to 80-pounds, most within 50-pound range
Valid driver’s license and arrest-free driving record - must be eligible for company vehicle insurance
Pass background check
Pass drug screening
Pass Worksteps physical when required
