*ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES*
* Fluency in Spanish is prefered
* Have a passion for sales.
* Being able to lead a team
* Be able to hire the right people
* Making sure that managed area hits all required sales goals
* Engage in excellent customer service by identifying customer needs, making recommendations, overcoming objections and closing sales.
* Have a flexible schedule.
* Show professionalism and enthusiasm by working well with others and delivering great team results.
* lead district meetings
* Ensure all customers are assisted in a friendly, prompt, professional and ethical manner.
* Obey and be a role model for all policies and procedures.
* Be capable of standing for long periods of time.
* Be capable of completing all task items completely, accurately and on time.
* Be capable or working in other locations as dictated by business demands.
* Maintain profitability of assigned retail location.
* Hire, develop, manage and motivate employees within a given retail location.
* Other duties as assigned by management.

*BASIC AND PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS*
(EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE)
* At least 5 years in management & sales.
* Must be at least 18 years old.
* Must be able to work at least 45 hours per week, including until 8 PM, weekends and holidays.
* Proficient in all Microsoft applications.
* Previous experience in wireless preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.
00 - $100,000.
