Director of Rehab

Functional Pathways, a leading therapy services provider, is seeking a Full-time Director of Rehab at Buckner Baptist in San Angelo, TX.
Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
Valid and current licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT), Occupational Therapist (OT), or Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in the state of North Carolina.
Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience as a therapist, with a solid foundation in physical, occupational, or speech therapy.
Demonstrated leadership experience in a rehabilitation setting, preferably in a senior living or skilled nursing facility.
Strong knowledge and understanding of rehabilitation best practices, regulatory requirements, and quality improvement initiatives.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
Proven ability to mentor and motivate a team of therapists, fostering professional growth and development.
Passion for working with the senior population and dedication to promoting their independence and overall well-being.
