POSITION SUMMARY
Directly drives sales and profits in a complex restaurant.
Oversees and ensures that the overall restaurant condition complies with company standards including cleanliness, fast, friendly, and delicious – thereby maximizing restaurant profitability, expense control, inventory levels and shortage control.
Manage quality and consistent foodservice programs.
Fosters a coaching environment where associates want to excel and are recognized for their achievements.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Customer Service
Provides Stripes Friendly customer service by greeting and assisting customers and responding to customer inquiries and concerns.
Serves customers by maintaining our Stripes Friendly philosophy, supported by a value proposition that every experience will be fast, friendly, and delicious.
Maintains 100% in-stock excellence on all food items.
Ensures team members are current on product offerings and promotions.
Duties/Responsibilities
Oversees food preparation, ensuring compliance with health, safety, food handling, and hygiene standards.
Handles customer complaints, resolving issues in a diplomatic and courteous manner.
Manages inventory and purchases food and supplies.
Conducts weekly audits on inventory levels.
Conducts daily inspection of restaurant and equipment to ensure compliance with health, safety, food handling, and hygiene standards.
Periodically evaluates restaurant equipment for repairs and maintenance, schedules for service.
Prepares and retains control books, temperature logs, waste and spoilage charts, and other documentation.
Performs other duties as assigned.

SKILLS & ABILITIES
Education/experience:
High School diploma (or equivalent) is preferred.
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 10 hours
Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead multiple times in a shift
Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
Push/pull with arms up to a force of 30 pounds
Bend at the waist with some twisting multiple times in a shift
Grasp, reach and manipulate objects with hands.
This handwork requires eye-hand coordination, and may require climbing a ladder to store and retrieve materials or place and remove signs
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
While performing the duties of this job, the team member performs approximately 90% of all work indoors.
Team members are also exposed to occasional cold temperature extremes while performing occasional work in a walk-in cooler.
Team members are also exposed to occasional cold/hot temperatures extremes while performing outside work.
