SUMMARY/SCOPE:
The Director of Financial Aid oversees all aspects of federal, state, and institutional student aid programs, which includes scholarships, grants, loans, and the work-study program.
This position is responsible for ensuring compliance in all aid programs.
The Director provides leadership for planning, managing, and evaluating personnel, programs, and budgets while ensuring timely, sensitive, and accurate delivery of financial aid to students in a highly regulated environment.
The Director is also responsible for submitting accurate financial aid reports as required by federal, state, and institutional agencies and supporting customer-oriented services to students and to the campus community.
