This person is under the direct supervision of the Area Supervisor.
This person is responsible for clerical and administrative duties as assigned by area supervisor.
Duties may include but are not limited to general clerical work, data entry, generating computer reports, purchase orders, filing, maintaining supplies, answering telephone calls, petty cash, consumer finances, etc.
This person will also perform duties in support of personnel who provide services to our HCS, TxHL, and GR consumers.
Community engagement may be required at times, and it is expected that this person participate willingly and professionally

ESSENTIAL TASKS AND PURPOSES:
Responsible for providing timely notifications and data to Deputy Director of IDD Provider Services regarding waiver program plans
Promptly sends data to Deputy Director of IDD Provider Services regarding IDRC's, ICAP's and LON's for HCS and TxHL Waiver Programs.
Oversee and manage filing
All filing is completed in a timely and efficient manner.
Purged filing is placed in storage in a timely manner.
WTC Petty Cash / Purchase Orders
Supervises distribution of petty cash.
Assures Purchase Orders are obtained and utilized in accordance with WTC Policy.
Assures all transactions are completed in accordance with WTC Policy
Consumer Finances
Assures consumers finances are maintained in accordance with WTC Procedure.
Bank Statements are reconciled in accordance with established procedure.

Financial Statements are completed and filed in a timely manner.
Ensure necessary paperwork and reports are completed in a timely manner.
Performs other duties as assigned

Safety concerns are reported to supervisor immediately upon discovery and/or corrected.
Identifies and reports any unsafe factors in the environment.
Reports and/or corrects safety hazards in the work area.
Utilizes universal precautions when handling all blood and body fluids.
Adheres to all standards, policies and procedures of infection control.
Universal precautions are utilized in accordance to WTC policy and procedures.
Team Members must have and maintain a driving record that is acceptable for insurability through the Center's insurance carrier.
Staff must maintain a safe, inspected and road-worthy vehicle and have a valid Texas Driver's License.
Staff must notify supervisor immediately of any driving violations or citations received from law enforcement with no evidence of failure to report.
Must meet the criteria that indicate a commitment to safe and responsible driving as defined by the Texas Risk Management Fund.
