" *Job Summary* The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing service to customers on the phone, in person, as well as create and maintain current customer accounts.
*Core Responsibilities* · Answer inbound calls and resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
· Make outbound customer calls as needed.
· Create new accounts and update existing account information within the customer database.
· Enter payments, assist with basic billing questions, and send notices of expired or declined credit cards.
· Enter customer work orders and associated service charges as needed.
· Assist Residential/Commercial Coordinators to resolve customer issues as they arise.
· Transfer calls to corresponding individuals and supervisors appropriately.
· Review and respond to personal voicemails and emails in a timely manner.
· Provide support to sales, operations staff, and other departments as needed.
· Other duties as assigned.
*Qualifications and Requirements* · High school diploma or equivalent · Excellent verbal and written communications skills · Professional phone and personal demeanor · Proficiency with Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Outlook · Reliable Transportation *Preferred * · Payment processing experience.
· Customer service experience.
· Bilingual in English and Spanish.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $15.
