Responsibilities:
* Establish and develop customer relationships and follow up with customers in a timely manner
* Servicing, reviewing and remarketing client polices
* Provide prompt, accurate and friendly service
* Respond to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverage, policy changes, claims submissions, and billing verification
* Become familiar with products, services and systems and participate in training provided by the agency
* Contribute to individual goals and agency success through cross-selling and new initiatives
Requirements:
* Property and Casualty insurance license
* Pass background check (Some exceptions determined by the DOI)
* Customer Service Experience (Preferred)
* Strong verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
* Good operational computing skill/typing 50+ WPM (Microsoft Office Suites, Internet Browsers)
* Confident self-starter who works well independently
* Strong problem-solving capabilities
* Ability to multi-task
