Job Description:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Front Desk Agent to join our team.
As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service throughout their stay.
This position involves working various shifts, including AM/PM and night shifts, as well as managing breakfast service.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner upon arrival and departure.
Check-in and check-out guests efficiently, ensuring accuracy in all transactions.
Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and courteously.
Process reservations and cancellations accurately.
Assist guests with information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
Ensure the lobby and front desk area are clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
Manage breakfast service, including setting up, replenishing items, and maintaining cleanliness in the breakfast area.
Monitor and respond to guest needs during the night shift.
Handle any guest complaints or issues professionally, escalating when necessary.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a hotel environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including AM/PM and night shifts.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Knowledge of hotel operations and reservation systems is an asset.
Food handling and safety certification is preferred for breakfast service.
