We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Childcare Provider to join our Christ-centered team.
As a Childcare Provider, you will be responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children in our care.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who have a passion for early childhood education and enjoy working with and loving on children.
Duties:
- Provide attentive and high-quality care for children in our facility
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and educational programs
- Create a safe and clean environment for children to play and learn
- Monitor children's behavior and ensure their safety at all times
- Assist with meal preparation, feeding, and diaper changing as needed
- Foster positive relationships with parents and communicate regularly about each child's progress
- Collaborate with other childcare providers to create a cohesive and supportive team environment
-Show the love of Jesus in words and actions
Experience:
- Previous experience in childcare, early childhood education, babysitting, or caregiving is preferred
- Knowledge of infant/toddler care, curriculum, and childhood development is highly desirable
- Ability to engage children in educational activities and promote their social-emotional development
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and fellow staff members
- Patience, flexibility, and the ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism
