CONCRETE BUSINESS FOR SALE - $250,000 (Merkel)

I own a concrete precasting business and we just acquired a DBE/MBE certification (Disavantaged Business Enterprise)/ (Minority Business Enterprise) that comes with a $56,000,000.
00 vendor allowance.
We just want to sell 25% of the business we can not sell all of the business that will nullify the DBE certification.
We will keep the money invested in the business to grow it even more.
Precasting is making mainly drainage products like concrete pipe , box culverts, manholes and commercial grease traps.
We would prefer someone with good business administrative skills to buy into the business I prefer to work out in the field.

The business is located in Merkel, Texas just outside Abilene.
The business location is just off I-20.
This area has a very low crime rate the only down side is that this area is kinda boring hardly no entertainment.
If that is something you can't live without you can go to The Dallas Metroplex, it's almost like LA except the crime is not as bad.
