) and client service capabilities Role Success Factor: Expertise Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite products and Assurance tools Works independently under general supervision and control to complete and properly document assigned workpapers and audit program steps; makes recommendations within scope of responsibilities Develop understanding of risk assessment process and applies knowledge in completing related forms in the front of file; understands the impact of risk elements on audits Takes initiative to understand and apply available resources and Condley’s guidance and policies Responsible for understanding the interrelationship of accounts within transaction cycles to appropriately apply audit procedures Applies understanding of the complete audit cycle from planning to deliverables, and executes appropriate methodologies and audit procedures Identifies, analyzes and evaluates discrepancies uncovered while performing audit procedures and makes recommendations for resolution Analyzes financial information and prepares basic financial statements (including footnotes) Retains learning/knowledge from one client to the next; continuously applies and builds on prior learning; seeks and identifies opportunities for developing efficiencies in audit work Uses problem solving and analytical skills to interpret and evaluate information and ensures the client’s explanations are appropriately documented Applies an appropriate level of professional skepticism in performing audit procedures, and takes an appropriate approach when interacting with clients Demonstrates self-awareness of personal strengths and development areas Demonstrates awareness of Condley’s risk management policies and procedures (e.
